Protesting students of BSMRSTU in Gopalganj postpone movement

The protesting students of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Science and Technology University (BSMRSTU) in Gopalganj have postponed their movement following the resignation of the vice chancellor of the university.

They came up with the declaration at Joy Bangla Chattar on the university campus on Tuesday morning.

Al Ghalib, a student of MSC of the university, read a written statement on behalf of the students.

In the written statement, he said, “I thank all of those who have given their utmost support to the anti-VC movement in the last 12 days. Moreover, as a result of the agitation of the students, the corrupt VC has been compelled to resign.”

He, in the statement, thanked the newsmen for their role in highlighting misdeeds of the VC.
