No apprehension of violence during Durga Utsab: DMP commissioner

Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) Commissioner Shafiqul Islam has said there is no apprehension of violence in the Sharadiya (autumnal) Durga Utsab of this year.

The law enforcers have taken enough preparation to tackle any kind of untoward situation, even if it is happened, said Shafiqul said.

The DMP commissioner made the remark while talking to journalists after visiting the Dhakeshawari National Temple in the capital on Thursday.
