Covid-19 booster dose to be suspended from tomorrow

Bangladesh will temporarily halt booster shots from tomorrow (March 2) following shortage of vaccines.

Professor Dr Ahmedul Kabir, additional director general (DG) of the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), confirmed the development on Wednesday.

People will be able to get the 3rd and 4th doses again after the vaccines are available.
