Awami League advisory council member Mukul Bose has passed away at the age of 68.
He breathed his last at 5:20am today (Saturday) while undergoing treatment at Apollo Hospitals in Chennai of India.
Awami League office seratray Biplab Barua confirmed the information, says a media report.
It is learnt that Mukul the AL leader had been suffering from kidney and heart diseases.
Mukul Bose left behind wife, one son and one daughter to mourn his death.
Prime Minister and Awami League President Sheikh Hasina expressed deep condolence at the death of Mukul Bose.
The premier conveyed her deep sympathy to the bereaved family members.
