Shawdesh Desk: The results of this year’s Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and its equivalent examinations have been published. The results were published on Wednesday morning at 10am. A total of 13,51,505 examinees from 9,081 educational institutions took part in the examinations across the country. Of these, 73.93% have passed the HSC examinations while 88.56% came out successful in Madrassah Board and 82.62% in Technical Board examinations. A total of 41,807 HSC examinees achieved GPA-5 this year. Earlier on Tuesday, Education Ministry public relations officer Abul Khair said the results of the HSC and its equivalent examinations will be handed over to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina at Ganabhaban on 10am Wednesday.
“Later, the results will be published at a press briefing at the Education Ministry at 12:00 pm,” he added.
The HSC and its equivalent examinations of 2019 began on April 1 and concluded on May 11.
