Vaccination to continue during Ramadan: Health Minister

Health Minister Zahid Maleque has said that the government will continue administering the doses of Covid-19 vaccine across the country during the holy month of Ramadan.

The minister said this while speaking as the chief guest at a function organised on the occasion of ‘Health Minister’s National Award 2020’ at Osmani Memorial Auditorium in the capital on Thursday noon.

Presided over by Director General (DG) of Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) Prof Dr ABM Khurshid Alam, the event was also attended by senior secretary Lokman Hossain Mia, secretary of health education department Saiful Islam Badal and line director Mizanur Rahman.
