The government has appointed new deputy commissioners to thirteen districts of the country.

The Ministry of Public Administration issued a gazette notification in this regard on Wednesday.

Director of Prime Minister’s Office Anisur Rahman has been appointed as DC of Gazipur, Deputy Secretary of Education Shahgir Alam as Brahmanbaria DC, Deputy Secretary of the Ministry of Public Administration Khalid Mehedi Hasan as Naogaon DC, Deputy Project Director of Asrayan Project Mohammad Zahidur Rahman as Pirojpur DC and Deputy Secretary of the Ministry of Public Administration Abu Kaiser Khan as Rajbari DC.

Private Secretary of Home Minister Dewan Mahbubur Rahman as Noakhali DC, Deputy Secretary of Cabinet Mohammad Aminul Islam Khan as Chuadanga DC, Deputy Secretary of the Ministry of the Public Administration Nafisa Arefin as Nilphamari DC, Deputy Secretary of the Ministry of Public Administration Oliur Rahman as Gaibandha DC, Deputy Secretary of the Ministry of Public Administration Monira Begum as Jhenaidah DC, Deputy Director of Mymensingh Local Government Deputy Commissioner’s Office KM Galib Khan as Chapainawabganj DC.

Chapainawabganj DC Manjurul Hafiz has been made Narayanganj DC and Jhenaidah DC Mojibar Rahman has been transferred as DC of Sylhet.
