50 lakh more doses of Sinopharm vaccine from China arrive in Dhaka

Some 50 lakh more doses of Covid-19 Sinopharm vaccine arrived in Bangladesh from China.

A flight of Biman Bangladesh Airlines, carrying the vaccines, landed at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka around 12:45am (Friday), says media report.

Earlier, Bangladesh received 11 lakh doses vaccine presented by China in two phases. Bangladesh got 5 lakh doses vaccine in the first phase while six lakh in the second phase.
