Two people were killed and three others injured after a pick-up van hit a human hauler at Talma Mor in Nagarkanda upazila of Faridpur on Monday morning.

One of the deceased was identified as Kamrul.

The injured are identified as Mehedi Salehin, Nayim and Sabuj.

Md Muminur Rahman, additional superintendent of police in Nagarkanda circle, said the Faridpur-bound van hit the human hauler carrying the victims on Faridpur-Bhanga highway at 9:00am, leaving the duo dead on the spot and three others injured.
