Amid cold wave, Rangpur, Rajshahi and Mymensingh divisions are going to experience rain today.

Meteorological Department confirmed it in the weather bulletin on Monday.

The mercury along with clouded sky may persist in the next 24-hour starting from 6 pm, the Met office said.

The day temperature may slightly drop today as mild to moderate cold wave is sweeping across the country, Met office said.

Meteorological department forecast that country may experience one or two more cold waves in January.

The temperature may plummet to 4 to 6 degree Celsius, the Met office said.

Two cold waves may occur after January 12, Meteorologist Abdur Rahman Khan said.
