Ferry services on the key Paturia-Daulatdia route in the Padma river resumed after one-hour suspension due to poor visibility.

Abu Abdullah Rony, manager Bangladesh Inland Water Transport Corpopration(BIWTA) at Aricha ghat, said dense fog forced them to suspend the services from 7:50am on Sunday.

Later, the ferry services resumed around 8:30am after the fog lifted.

In Munshiganj, the ferry services on Shimulia-Banglabazar route remained suspended since 4am due to poor visibility caused by dense fog.
