Coronavirus infected MP A. B. M. Fazle Karim Chowdhury from Raozan constituency, also former acting President of Chattogram North District Awami League, is being taken to Evercare Hospital in the capital for better treatment.

Faraz Karim, son of the MP, confirmed the matter to media.

Karim, President of the Parliamentary Standing Committee for Railways ministry, was found Covid-19 positive on August 17.

He was in isolation at his home in the port city after being turned out as positive for Covid-19.
