The global death toll from coronavirus stood at 575,545 at 10:40 am till Tuesday (Bangladesh Time), according to latest data from worldometer.

So far, 1,32,38,121 people have been diagnosed with coronavirus while 76,98,371 patients have made full recovery across the world, the source said.

Apart from this, the active cases are 49,64,205 worldwide till date.

With the fresh tally in the 48 hours, 7,888 people died of coronavirus across the world while 393,711people have been detected with the virus, and a total  of 218,844 coronavirus infected patients have made  full recovery worldwide till date.

Among the coronavirus affected countries, the US death toll has gone up to 138,247, followed by Brazil with 72,921, UK 44,830, Italy 34,967, France 30,029, Spain 28,406, Mexico 35,491, India 23,727, Iran 13,032, Canada 8,790, Pakistan 5,266, China 4,634, Indonesia 3,656, Bangladesh 2,391, Saudi Arabia 2,243, Philippines 1,599, and Australia 108 respectively, according to worldometer.
