Shawdesh Desk: Three hundred vehicles were waiting in long queue to cross the river although ferry movement on Paturia-Daulatdia route has become normal.

The authorities of Bangladesh Inland Water Transport Authority (BIWTA) halted ferry movement at 3:00am (Wednesday) due to dense fog.

The ferry movement started at 7:00am today when the weather improved slightly.
Traffic jam was created at the ghat area as ferry movement stopped for long time. The passengers and drivers faced immense sufferings under such a situation.
