Shawdesh DEsk: Metropolitan Police of Detective Branch arrested two persons for interrogation over the murder of Chinese citizen on Tuesday night.

The identities of the arrestees could not be known yet.

Being tipped-off, a team of law enforcers conducted a drive and arrested them as well as recovered the stolen money, mobile and various materials used to kill the Chinese citizen from their possession during the raid, he said.

Further detail regarding the arrestees will be disclosed at a media briefing at DMP media centre on Wednesday at 11:00 am, he added.

Earlier, on Wednesday (Dec 11), police recovered the buried body from behind the house no 82 on road no 23 in City’s Banani area.
