Shawdesh Desk: Two teenagers were killed in a road accident in Bogura sadar upazila on Tuesday morning.

The accident happened around 11 am at Baria of Sabgram on the Bogura second bypass under sadar upazila.

The deceased were Mahinur Rahman, 13, son of Sumon, hailed from Bagbari village udner Gabtali upazila, and Sitab, 14, son of Ujjal Rahman, from Durgahata village.

Bogura Fire Service Sub-Officer Masud Parvej said the two boys were going to Bogura town from Gabtali upazila riding on a motorcycle in the morning. On the way, a truck from the opposite direction ran over their motorcycle in that area. The duo died on the spot.

Bogura Sadar Police Station officer-in-charge Saihan Waliullah said the bodies were recovered and sent those to Bogura Shaheed Ziaur Rahman Medical College Hospital morgue for autopsy.
