Anjan Dutt, Majid Majidi to take masterclasses at DIFF

Noted Indian musician and filmmaker Anjan Dutt will conduct a masterclass at the upcoming Dhaka International Film Festival (DIFF). The festival organiser Rainbow Film Society has informed the news.

Earlier, the organiser announced that famous Iranian director Majid Majidi and Chinese film Professor Dr Shi Chuan will take masterclasses at the film festival.

The 22nd edition of the fest will be held from January 20 to 28 2024 featuring 250 films from 75 countries. The three separate masterclasses will be held at Bangamata Sheikh Fazilatunnesa Mujib Auditorium of Bangladesh National Museum on 27 January.

According to the organiser, interested candidates can take part in the masterclasses through registration starting from 1 December.
