Explosion at ship breaking yard in Sitakunda: Four injured

At least four workers were injured in an explosion at Jamuna Ship Breaking Yard at Shitalpur of Sitakunda in Chattogram on Saturday.

Of the injured persons, two are in critical condition, according to media report.

The injured workers are Zahid, Sohel, Firoz and Miizanur.

 

The incident took place at 9:00am today, confirmed sub-inspector of Sitakunda Police Station Faruk Ahmed.
