Shah Rukh Khan-starrer Hindi action thriller film titled Jawan was released in local cinemas in Bangladesh on Thursday.

The film received an uncut censor certificate on the same day.

Filmmaker Anonno Mamun, owner and director of Action Cut Entertainment, confirmed the news to New Age.

‘Jawan received an uncut censor certificate on Thursday. The film was released in the cineplexes on the same day, and it will be released in single screens across Bangladesh today,’ said Anonno Mamun.

The film has been imported to Bangladesh by Action Cut Entertainment and Rongdhonu Group.

Jawan is co-written and directed by Atlee, produced by Gauri Khan and Gaurav Verma under Red Chillies Entertainment.

The film also stars Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi, Deepika Padukone and others.
