Sports Desk: The BCB declared a 15-member squad for the tour of India for the Dr. (Captain) K Thimmappiah Memorial Cricket Tournament. The BCB XI star Bangladesh cricketers in the shape of Taskin Ahmed, Mominul Haque, Abu Jayed Chowdhury and alongside have known cricketers in Shadman Islam, Nazmul Hossain Shanto, Nayeem Hasan, Taijul Islam, Ariful Haque, Nurul Hasan and Jahurul Islam
The longer version tournament this year will feature 16 teams divided into four groups. The top teams in the group will play the semi-finals of the tournament, which creates cricketers for the Ranji Trophy, the prestigious four-day competition in India. The BCB intends to develop the mentality of longer version in the cricketers who are in the national pipeline. The ambition made the board announce a strong squad featuring national discards or those who are in high consideration for the national team.
