The global death toll from coronavirus reached 540,764 at 10:45 pm till Tuesday  (Bangladesh Time), according to latest data from worldometer.

So far, 1,17,44,397 people have tested positive with coronavirus while 67,40,095 patients have made full recovery across the world, the source said.

Besides, the active cases are 44,63,538 worldwide till date.

Among the coronavirus affected countries, the US death toll has gone up to 132,979, followed by Brazil with 65,556, UK 44,236, Italy 34,869, France 29,920, Spain 28,388, Mexico 31,119,India 20,174, Iran 11,731, Canada 8,693, China 4,634, Saudi Arabia 1,968 and Australia 106 respectively, according to worldometer.
