Two motorcyclists were killed and a minor girl was injured after a truck hit their vehicle in Naohatamore area in Mohadevpur upazila in Naogaon on Friday night.

The deceased were identified as Majnu Hossain, haing from Ranail village of the upazila and Bhutto Ali, from Talpukuria village of Niamatpur upazila.

Confirming the news, Nazrul Islam, officer-in-charge (OC) of Mohadevpur Police Station, said that the truck hit the motorcycle on which Majnu and Bhutto were riding, leaving the duo dead on the spot and the minor girl injured.

Later locals took the injured to Naogaon Sadar Hospital, he said.
