Shawdesh Desk: Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) organizing committee is trying to convince Bollywood superstar Salman Khan and popular actress Katrina Kaif to perform in the inauguration ceremony.

This year BPL has been named after Bangabandhu on the occasion of the 100th birthday of Father of Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.

This is the reason BCB is trying utmost to make this tournament memorable.
Therefore, the inauguration ceremony of BPL will be totally different. The magnetism of this year’s inaugural ceremony definitely will surpass any of the previous editions.

There will be various cultural events.

BPL governing committee acting Chairman Sheikh Sohel confirmed the news.

He also said folk singer Mamtaz will perform in the event along with other popular singers.
